PVCu Frames
Fully reinforced VEKA frames with a choice of opening vents
Colour
White is our most popular colour, but our conservatories are available in any colour including a range of woodgrain finishes.
Roofs
Polycarbonate is still the most popular choice and panels are available in a variety of thicknesses, 16 mm, 25 mm and 35 mm. (25 mm is our standard)
Colour choice is equally wide, being available in clear, bronze, opal or opal on bronze.
Solarguard polycarbonate with its U/V light reflecting qualities is also popular.
Glass roofs
Many specialist glasses are now available, including a self-cleaning glass which is beginning to make glass roofs an increasingly popular option
Dwarf walls
Cavity dwarf walls usually comprise of an outer leaf in a brick to closely match the existing brick, with an inner leaf in the same brick if an exposed brick look is required. Where the inside wall is to be plastered, a lightweight thermal block is preferred. The cavity is normally insulated with proprietary cavity batts.
Full height panels
These represent a quick to erect, less expensive alternative to cavity walls, and are available either fully glazed, or with a choice of solid lower panels thereby providing considerable design flexibility.
Roof pitch
Within certain parameters this is infinitely variable and is selected to meet design requirements and site conditions.
Glazing
Toughened glass must be fitted in all low level glazing and doors. Apart from this stipulation an enormous range of glass choice is available – low E, solar reflecting, tinted, Georgian, lead lite, decorative coloured lead and self cleaning glass – we offer it all !
Supply only
Surprisingly easy to install, our conservatories require no specialist trade skills to erect, and only a limited range of hand tools. A comprehensive instruction manual is provided with each conservatory, and in the unlikely event that you need it, additional technical advice and help is always available.
Surveying service
Many of our customers, although capable of erecting our conservatories with ease, prefer us to take the responsibility for measurement and a complete survey service is available.
